We, the COMMUNITY RELATION OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE AND RESCUE

(CROPER) , Being the lawful residents of Barangay Mansiligan Bacolod City, Negros Occidental ,conscious of our God given responsibilities towards the safety and awareness in our community and its constituents, whose activities and welfare out primary obligations, for the promotion of harmonious and sound relationship thru real volunteerism as rescuers which will redound to bringing up of the better place to live in and a good citizens of this country and imploring divine guidance, do hereby adopt this constitution.

Our Organization started way back 2008 on the 30th of Octorber.
